About us
RYSAG is a business-to-business marketplace. Licensed agricultural dealers buy pesticides, fertilizers and seeds by the carton, directly from the manufacturers who make them — at a published price, fully prepaid, with every statutory document attached to the order.
A dealer in a mandal town buys the same product every season, and rarely knows what it should cost. The order goes by phone, the price depends on who is asking, the invoice arrives days later — if it arrives — and the e-Way Bill is somebody else's problem until an inspector asks for it. Meanwhile the manufacturer is chasing payment through three intermediaries and reconciling it by hand.
None of that is a technology problem in the abstract. It is a specific one: nobody in the chain can see the same price, the same stock and the same paperwork at the same time. RYSAG is that shared view — a catalogue with real dealer pricing, stock that is actually reserved when you order, payment that settles to the seller on a published cycle, and documents that generate themselves at dispatch.
It is deliberately not a consumer app. Agricultural inputs are licensed goods, and the rules about who may sell them, who may buy them and what must travel with them are the point — not friction to be designed around.
Get verified once
Register your shop with its GST details and upload your PL, FL or SL licence. RYSAG reviews it against the issuing authority. Verification usually takes a working day.
Buy by the carton
Browse the catalogue and see your dealer price. Add cartons, confirm the delivery state — which decides CGST+SGST or IGST — and check the total. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
Receive with the paperwork
The manufacturer dispatches directly, with the GST tax invoice, the e-Way Bill where the value requires one, and the transporter lorry receipt. All of them appear on your order.
Licence gating is enforced on every order
Not once at signup. Every checkout re-checks that you hold a current licence for the category you are buying. An expired licence pauses purchasing in that category the moment it lapses — because the Insecticides Act, the Fertilizer (Control) Order and the Seeds Act say who may buy these goods, and a marketplace that checks only at signup is not really checking.
Money moves only on a verified signal
Every order is fully prepaid, and an order is confirmed only when the payment gateway’s signature-verified webhook says the money arrived. Returning from a payment page proves nothing, and no member of RYSAG staff can mark an order paid. Sellers dispatch against money already collected.
Every document, every time
A GST invoice with correct place of supply, an e-Way Bill above the threshold, a lorry receipt from the transporter. Invoice numbering is sequential and gap-free per seller per financial year, and an issued invoice is never edited.
If you make agricultural inputs, RYSAG gives you licence-verified demand without a distributor chain: your own storefront at yourcompany.rysag.com, orders that arrive already paid, invoices and e-Way Bills generated at dispatch, and settlements on a published cycle with commission, GST and TCS under section 52 itemised on every statement.
