Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-09-v5 · RYSAG INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED · published 9 Sept 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the RYSAG Platform — dealers, vendors, their staff, and anyone browsing. It forms part of the Terms of Use. Breach may lead to content removal, suspension, termination, forfeiture of promotional benefits, and referral to the authorities.

1. Trading conduct

Do not:

2. Listings and content (vendors)

Do not list:

Keep listings accurate. Correct or withdraw a listing as soon as you know it is wrong.

3. Platform integrity

Do not:

Responsible security research is welcome and is not a breach when conducted within the published policy at /.well-known/security.txt. Report findings to security@rysag.com; do not access other users' data, do not degrade the service, and give us a reasonable time to fix.

4. Promotions

Coupons and schemes are for genuine trade use by the account they are issued to. Do not create multiple accounts, use another dealer's coupon, or structure orders solely to extract a benefit. Abused benefits may be reversed and recovered from settlements or refunds.

5. The AI assistant

The assistant answers from the approved catalogue and your own account data only. Do not attempt to make it reveal another user's data, bypass licence rules, or give agronomic, dosage or safety advice contrary to the product label. Such attempts are refused and logged.

Never rely on the assistant for pesticide dosage or safety guidance. The label and the leaflet are authoritative, and so is the advice of your Agriculture Department.

6. Communications

Do not use the Platform's messaging, support or notification channels to send spam, marketing to other users, or abusive, threatening or discriminatory content. Treat support staff and counterparties with courtesy.

7. Consequences

Depending on severity, RYSAG may warn you, remove content, restrict a category, hold an order, withhold a settlement pending investigation, suspend or terminate the account, and report the matter to the police or to the licensing authority. Where we act, the reason is recorded, and where the law allows we tell you.

8. Reporting

To report a listing, a user or content that breaches this policy, raise a support case or contact the Grievance Officer. Reports are acted on within the timelines in the Grievance Redressal Policy.
