Shipping & Delivery Policy

Version 2026-09-v5 · RYSAG INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED · published 9 Sept 2026

This policy explains how goods bought on RYSAG reach you, what documents travel with them, and what you must do on delivery. It forms part of the Terms of Use.

1. Who dispatches

The vendor dispatches, not RYSAG. Goods move from the vendor's warehouse shown on your order, by a transporter the vendor engages. RYSAG records and displays the dispatch, its documents and its progress.

Where a cart contains goods from more than one vendor, it splits into one vendor order per seller: each is packed, invoiced and dispatched separately and may arrive on different days.

2. Serviceability

RYSAG serves licensed dealers across India. Some lanes, and some products, are restricted by transporter policy or by rules on the carriage of hazardous goods. If a destination cannot be served for a product, checkout will say so before you pay.

Delivery is to the address on the order. Goods in gated categories are delivered only to premises covered by the licence you registered.

3. Documents that travel with every consignment

DocumentWhen
GST tax invoice, in the vendor's nameAlways, issued at dispatch
e-Way BillWhere the consignment value crosses the threshold in Rule 138 of the CGST Rules
Transporter lorry receipt (LR / GR)Where a transporter is used

All of them appear on your order page as the shipment moves, along with the transporter's name, the vehicle number and the LR number.

4. Timelines

Vendors dispatch within the fulfilment window published to them. Transit time then depends on the lane, the transporter and conditions outside anyone's control.

Delivery estimates shown on the Platform are indicative, not guaranteed, and are not a term of the contract. Seasonal peaks, weather, transport strikes, road closures and regulatory checks can extend them. Where a consignment is materially delayed, raise a support case and we will pursue it with the vendor and the transporter.

5. Freight

Unless the listing or checkout says otherwise, freight is on the terms the vendor publishes for that lane and is shown in the order total before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.

6. Title and risk

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Until then the goods are at the vendor's risk.

7. Receiving a consignment — please do this

  1. Count the cartons against the LR and the invoice before signing.
  2. Check the seals. Do not accept cartons whose tamper-evident seal is broken unless you endorse it.
  3. Endorse any shortage, tampering or visible damage on the transporter's copy of the LR at the time of delivery, and get the driver's acknowledgement.
  4. Photograph the cartons and seals before opening.
  5. Raise any claim within 48 hours of delivery — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A clean, unendorsed LR signed by you is evidence that the consignment arrived intact, and materially weakens a later claim.

8. Partial and multi-leg shipments

A vendor may ship a single order in more than one consignment. Each leg carries its own LR and e-Way Bill where required, against the one invoice for the order. The order shows as delivered only when every leg has arrived.

9. Storage after delivery

Store the goods as the label requires, in premises covered by your licence, segregated from food, feed and animal-feed materials. Risk of deterioration after delivery is yours.

10. Questions

Track a shipment from the order page. For anything unresolved, raise a support case — every case gets a tracked number and a first-response clock.
